The International Student Retention Peer Learning Cohort brings together more than 70 immigrant-inclusive economic development practitioners, state and local government leaders, chambers of commerce, economic development professionals, higher education representatives, and national allies across the United States. This dynamic network collaborates to strengthen international student retention strategies by developing and sharing best practices, messaging guides, replicable tools, data and research. Participants contribute to a growing body of knowledge that helps communities tap into the potential of international student talent to address workforce needs and drive inclusive economic growth.
